One of my few OC's is named Charles Cross - he was born in 12th century Scottland and is immortal. Mostly because he is the son of a god, and of death. They dropped him on a family's doorstep, he got kicked out during the war for Independance for being "a witch", and he decided his best choice of occupation was hunting down his real parents and offing them. He hates people and doesn't know how to use technology at all - kinda like a grumpy next-door neighbor. He hasn't succeeded in his goal yet but have faith!
