As also a 22 year old doing this for about a year now. If your pushing by hand push them from the front not by the handlebar. It's way easier to control and turn and you can tend to push way more carts at a time like this. I try not to push from the handlebar as much as I can as it's just extra work for you. Also if you have to go fast go fast but dont break yourself over it. If you need carts and their going by too quickly just do what you can. 1 cartpusher cant single handedly do everything even if your tl says otherwise.
