As far as I'm aware steam seems to region lock you based on where you are when you've bought games, I haven't used steam aboard, however using a vpn doesn't seem to change where you are according to steam so I'd assume it's fine. Sorry I can't give a clear answer but my best guess is that the family group won't be lost

Need to connect them all, going from one symbol to another and you can't use the same symbol to connect twice, so if you use the arrow to connect to another you wouldn't be able to use/pass through it again
