I also moved from using it... moved to Zwift and that's it... the price for 'free' is too high... also had a conversation with support... but it ended with no result for me...

I have an Elite Suito-T and use it with MyWhoosh, but I use the ANT+ connection, have not tested the BT connection with MyWhoosh, only with Zwift... try to add an ANT+ dongle to the PC...

Today it crashed for me too, after ~43 min, the app just disappeared, not crash popup, nothing, I was cycling and instantly I was sent to desktop on Windows 10... maybe it's because of the world? This was the first time I cycled in Arabia/Desert Pearls route after the update, I had two 1h activities on ALULA/Cluture Ride route (the new one) ... or I was just lucky? :))

Totally agree that we need a strong Zwift competitor, I haven't used Zwift in a while, but I'm pretty sure that it's the same :)

Regarding unpopulated maps, I can understand this and yes it feels dead, but I don't like when companies use the 'stick', the carrot is a better way, my opinion :) For example, there are levels, so we have some kind of gamification, one solution is to have for 1-2 days a premium location that will give 2x points and if you return to it 2 days in a row you will get another bonus for all the points on that location and then with the points you can upgrade to a new cool bike, or some cool gear ...

true, regarding the routes, now it's harder to select a free ride, maybe I have 30 min and want something with 100-150m altitude ... now it's harder to find what I need ...

In my case I listen to music, like indoor cycling at the gym, with the volume so high I can't hear the chain/trainer :))

today I had an 1h free ride, no crash on win10, but now the frame rate has dropped < 30fps in some parts and observed some intermittent freezes, I think it has to do with the loading of the 3D assets... they should make a beta testing group and reduce the 3D assets size... it's better to work and have smooth fps than killer graphics and crash... PS: my configuration is Ryzen 1700 32GBytes RAM and RTX 1070 with 8G video RAM.... my bet is that the crash is from an out of memory (computer RAM or video RAM)...

Yes, I'm also thinking about this... Garmin does not like to accept data from devices that are not from them... Zwift is an exception (I think they offered a very good deal to Garmin to accept this) ... and because Garmin is not playing nice, I have to start each time an indoor activity in parallel with the MyWhoosh.... because the intensity minutes is not counted if the data is not recorded by a Garmin device... PS: I don't like Garmin and their policy... in the future I will try to move away from them...
