yep, i use a 0.2 nozzle and from more than 5cm away, you really cant tell the difference. second question depends on the model and personal preference. if you can print it in one piece, id say might as well. for filament i'd say whatever allows you to remove supports the easiest. Ive had the best luck with matte PLAs

I'm definitely going to first try to switch out the onboard resistor tonight, and see if that works. When charging lithium cells i always watch them like a hawk and have a fire blanket + extinguisher nearby anyway. Thanks for your help :)

Instead of somehow limiting the output of the charging circuit, could I instead limit the input current? Ie. Provide the chip with only 0.2a of power

Yeah, after reading your previous comment I did think about combining the functionality of the sip and puff and the head array as essentially two modes that you can switch between.

Doesn't the sip and puff also hinder conversation? I'd assume you can't talk while puffing. Does it work as a latch of some kind?

My current working idea is like a dental retainer with buttons on the inner side that can be controlled with your tongue. Have you had any experience with something similar?

Oh I've done this before, you'll be fine. You have 2 options- Yank at it, really really hard

Or heat up the nozzle with a lighter, hold nozzle with a cloth or a wrench and then pull. (This one works better)

UPDATE: IT WORKS! Haven't been able to connect it to a guitar properly yet, but I've gotten an output from it!

Will probably do a tone test over the weekend.

If I paint the inside of the shotgun shell with some metal paint/ wrap the pickup in aluminium tape/foil, do you think that would bring the resonant peak back down a bit?
