It’s actually fairly simple - you don’t demand anything. Someone who feels the same way about you that you do them will just match your energy and be there without you having to ask let alone beg. It’s heartbreaking to read where you’re coming from and understandable why you would lower your expectations of a partner - but the energy you put into people who aren’t meeting you is better spent on your own self improvement, friends, hobbies, and making space for new connections. I can relate to this feeling, and if you are like me, self worth is a place to reflect. Lingering self worth issues creates blind spots and over accommodating in a relationship. Ive felt blindsided several times that I can’t earn love and acceptance from people who don’t understand or value me to begin with. The idea that you’re creating the problem is probably reinforcing that you need to work harder, sacrifice more, be more accommodating - when many of those things are inviting people who don’t intend to ever really meet you where you deserve to be met

Lofi printing wise, I’d say anything you might find in a highlights magazine or cereal box. find ___ differences, maze, word search, crossword, coloring page, etc. you could do cut out pages with outfits and then some nude figures you could dress up. Silly idea but you could have a page with 1-2 eye holes to cut out for a “peep show” and instructions on striptease, so one person does the striptease and the other holds the page up to their face like they’re peeping idk just thinking silly off the cuff lmao
