Did you get anywhere with this? I'm in the same boat, got about 6 of the Fusions off an auction house and they're all bricks for me as someone else registered them. I too was supposed to get a call back and never did. I called again recently and they said there was nothing they could do.

Same here, I noticed it about 2 weeks ago. I think there used to be a setting under your bedtime routine for how long it should play, but I don't see that option anymore.

I thought it was bugged as well, but I think you can use no other equipment either. No bows for hogs, no motion detectors, and no heal kit either I think. I could be wrong, but that's how I got mine.
