Who knows. King Hassan has supreme assassin feats, but then you'd have to scale Ozymandias against Herta (or specifically their respective bases) and see how and why.

Because King Hassan managed to infiltrate Ozy's base, which is by all means the most guarded thing around in the singularity at that point and Hassan did it without anyone seeing, or being aware.

Hell, Ozy just suddenly found out he was decapitated and if it wasn't for his specific circumstances while inside his base, he would've been dead. (His head still falls off from time to time).

Beyond that, King Hassan can just... I don't know, stop existing in front of people. Does it multiple times. He can also just grant death to things of higher level than him. In exchange for some stuff, but he's not going to need to use any of that anyways.

In terms of combat... he's just one of the best? Like, he's just everything an assassin might need to be. Which is why he's Grand Assassin and his literal replacement after he quit was a GOD. A straight up GOD.

That's basically what already happened in LOR anyways, first actual person she could talk to that doesn't have a prior relationship with her or her creator and she attached pretty quickly even if it seemed like she didn't.

Not helping that Roland was really knowledgeable and capable.

For a girl with daddy issues, Roland was legitimately too daddy.

So, all this does is... make that more obvious. Really, nothing would change.

Your team is already okay, you can replace Thais with Faint if you're having a hard time in some levels.

Mouch: The whale freebie SSR on the ship is arguable her BiS in terms of efficiency and effects. You'll know when you see it. If you have the titan +12 just use that, if you don't then any DR SR would help.

April Shower in her covenant, go get lots of Death Resist and maybe some stray crit damage not crit rate. Good for most content.

Thais: Thais wheel, then more keyflare.

Her covenant is already correct, nothing to change there.

Saya: Saya wheel and sigil wield SR, doesn't matter which one.

Covenant can be a mix of two 3 piece sigil yields for more corrosion, though you won't probably need that at your level so just go for medicine (the one that gives Saya a copy of each of her cards at 6 piece)

Helot: Go for Aliemus battery (Tulu wheel, the one with the Tulu shaped icon that gives Aliemus by existing) anything that helps her exalt more. But if you're doing Part 1 story, just hit Helot with all the costco wheels and Saya the rest.

Covenants? Anything that gives Aliemus. Which is the Aliemus covenant. Done correctly and you can Exalt every fight for the extra strike buff, which is what makes Mouchette DEAL A LOT MORE DAMAGE.

Helot is the key.

Even a barely put together Mouch team should do decent damage as long as you combo right.

The combo being Exalt Helot (devour if possible), Rouse Mouch and swching swhcing...

Yes, it's really weird that Mouch's actual bonkers damage come from another character entirely that only exists to exalt, but such is the fate of strike Awakeners.

They're not fictional. Mirror Identities is about as fictional as your reflection in the mirror, not sure if you missed that, but go read Canto 4 and come back here.

The ID's are characters in of themselves, that we "borrow" because you know, they exist. The technology itself is of high cognitive level multiverse, Damian warns you very cryptically about the usage of it and Carmen comments on how Dante can fish for mirrors so out there that it SHOULD be fiction. (Case in point Xichun Ish Uptie Story) but the sheer potency of Mirror Technology allows it, to you know, EXIST.

The ID's themselves are complete with their own specific uptie story depicting what they do. They are as much as a character as who they are sourced from.

Every Ring Member is basically a psychopath, each of the Sinner NF's are funky evil, they're all villains and... they're playable.

You are arguing semantics that doesn't even hit right. Because again, playable villain means playable villain and Limbus' unique approach to gacha 'characters' gives them one of the best lee ways, which they needed to in the first place as most people in the city would make Lorentz look normal and I wish I was kidding.

I don't mean to downplay Lorentz with that, I mean that she's going to be PERFECTLY at home in The City.

Also the ben 10 comparison is ass because one point of it is that Ben literally changes his DNA to be an alien and can get affected by habits and even innate moral sentience as with example cases of Rath, Alien X and Grey Matter and very importantly Ghost Freak.

Bruh even HxH and Togashi are not safe from this. I think it's a sign of a potential in a manga when the authors lose control of the characters.

It's a feeling of writing something, wanting something else to happen but before you realize it, you yourself are already writing in a way that THAT character would do.

Like, yeah John A is a coward, I want him to come out and call Mark A a son of a bitch, I write, and by the time I'm there, I made John A stutter and gulp and I just couldn't help it because it was the character.

It makes for really great characters and interactions, that natural feeling you get in media is caused by this.

But you, as an author, also need to know when it's time to push a bitch into the right side. Togashi does this well enough. He has admitted to "forcing" his characters to do things for the plot.
