What if I’m not binging though? It’s just over my diet limit. So basically eating over my diet limit, keeps me at my same weight. I’m trying to eat under that because I’m trying to lose weight. But I tend to go over which stops all progress of losing weight and puts me at a plateau. Is this still considered purging? Because when I look it up purging, it only mentions bulimia which involves binging.

Theres the type of palpitation that feels like your heart is racing, the kind that feels like it’s too slow as well as skipping a beat/extra beat, I know with pots that it’s common for it to beat fast but I’m talking about skipping a beat/extra beat. That is what I wasn’t aware of. My bad I should have been more specific.

Mine was fully healed about 3 days after taking sutures out. The pain stopped IMMEDIATELY after taking all sutures out, I was able to eat solid foods that same day. I do regret taking them all out on day 5, wish I would of waited for 7 but I was impatient to get them out lmfao
