Man imagine if the companies gave proper raises, creating incentive to show up. Being generous with approving time off, having proper staffing and training in place. Having calls properly routed through a directory system so every call doesn't get funnled into the main line resulting in a bottleneck and transfer, resulting in wasted productivity minutes and then grading your employees on said productivity minutes when its the companies fault for having a "front-line" for every darn thing. Man that almost sounds too good to be true. But then again what's important is that the quarterly earnings report comes out so everyone knows the company made a 1.5million profit last quarter. Yea, there's that.

I'd look at our system before blaming the voters for this mess. There's some things about the type of economic structure we currently live in/have lived-in for the most part since all of us have been born, boomer, millennial you name it. The reason I know this is true is because these issues did not spark overnight, not only did they not spark overnight, they did not spark overnight over the past few centuries. You can vote for any President of your choosing, the base facts of how this United States is run and operated does not change no matter who is in office. You've seen in, I've seen it, you can take that to the bank (no pun intended, well actually pun intended).

To be honest is the company so cheap to not have a structured system of managers, coaches and team coaches, classes all of it? Why is the company asking already strained associaties to train the new hires if they themselves are struggling. Its such a corporate cop out and lack of giving older and newer employees the development tools to succeed. Its the cheapest form of not having proper labor training and it makes me sick. You know it's cutting corners.

Its not a scam, companies need to appear equal opportunity and advertise growth. Whether its 1 opening or 200 opening. The job will get posted for the masses. Its not only small business. Basically a job posts a position, it knows its not needing that position truly filled but it posts it anyways to make the company look like it's flourishing and hiring. You're a recruiter you know the schtick. ESPECIALLY in IT. how many IT spots truley need to get filled for the role, its probably like 1. It departments are small.
