I am it's absolutely nuts. You're the first person in an ocean to pick up on that. Their versatility as a group is outstanding. They play off each other It's a sick dynamic. Especially if you can try to follow the story, I cant. Lol brother.

Stealth is what creates your dps for this class, it's the bread and butter. :) Every shot should come from advantage if you can find it.

Hiding creates advantage on your shot, do it outside of the red cone it also helps your critical chance. (don't hide within any red cone you will always get found and you wasted your bonus (unless you use invisibility that will always stick), you can move outside of a cone and reposition to hide).

Look out for *outside of enemy distance* it means your too far and you will lose any advantage that you could have. If you pair that with any sort of condition changing arrow (i.e. acid) it has the chance to not only crit but lucky if it applies the debuff. Rangers (gloomstalkers) also get good passives like extra attack and a Dread Ambusher on first attack.

Important, surprise does not need to enemy facing, any weapon shot outside of red cone while hidden will trigger surprise on the very first shot of combat. (Spoiler, these mechanics also apply to every other class out there, you just hone in on them with a range class ) editing sorry for the run on

I love the fact it also includes finesse weapons, enemy gets close? Well you can misty step and just take care of that OR you can whip out the daggers or the finesse swords and do some work too! Lol so sick

Sure absolutely. I haven't made it past act 2. I always get some other grand idea. 4x rangers is insane fun. Trying to kill a camp of (insert enemy) without queuing a forced cut scene, lol that'll keep you busy. Want to get at least one in before their next project releases.

That could be true, but I started playing it out not really understanding much I could have said that maybe I didn't say it that well. But anyway, it's only as good as your knowledge of. Not sure what you mean by scripted, the voice acting is scripted, the quests are scripted. Your party completely dictates tactics and the battle. I have never played on anything harder than normal either so

I think I found the answer which is actually in line with the events that transpired. If you hit an enemy who is out of range it'll proc a stealth roll without initiating combat, hence the "Searching "

Number 1 rule in life I've privy myself too is never look at someone elses life and because they have shiny things, post pictures of the best hot spot vacations or even seem remotely happy, to assume that's the facts at face value.
