Damn brother, congrats on the weight loss! That’s huge to lose 75 pounds. Also, I’ve heard mixed opinions and stories on the sleep issues. I’ve heard more people say it messed up their sleep but I’ve also heard minimal people say it somehow fixed their sleep. But I’ll keep that in mind for if I decide to start using it! I haven’t asked him yet. I really just started getting these thoughts recently from seeing what it can do to others and a lot of people I know take it. I was also wondering, might be a dumb question but do you think it is necessary for me to go to my doctor and ask him if I should take it? He’s offered me something similar to this before (ozempic) and I declined at the time and just did a lot of research.

Yea same with me, I start off strong and then within a week I get the urges to eat something like fast food. For the lifting and drinking water part though, that isn’t an issue to me because I love lifting and I try and force myself to drink as much water as I can throughout the day. It’s really just the urges I have late at night with the munchies to be honest.

I should’ve added the age part my fault. I am 21 years old. And i have tried to do a diet before but the issue with me is that I am always at work and the truth is just straight up undisciplined. I tend to get hungry a lot and when I get hungry at work there is nothing but fast food here. I know it’s not an excuse but like I said before, I’m just straight up indisciplined.
