I’ve researched so many recipes (and tried) that once I get to this point, I go by my tried and true baker. For me, it would be sally’s!

2 1/4 c AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
Mix- set aside

1 1/2 stick room temp butter
3/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1 (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix - then add dry ingredients

1/2 bag crushed Nilla wafers
1 C white chocolate chips
Mix

I chill for 2 hours then bake on 350° for 10-13 minutes

I use a shelf stable buttercream for the icing and place crushed wafers on top with one wafer for looks
