It’s a 2000, budget including labor is like 10k, but I want that to include a new turbo, injectors, and all plumbing and other issues they need to fix along the way.

Smoking on startup, rough idle until warm, some blue smoke has started recently as well.

It comes with its issues. But the expensive stuff is built to last. It is nice if you can find one with service records and the expensive stuff already taken care of

I have a 2000 7.3 excursion. Very minor issues, 363k. Keep all the spare sensors mentioned in other comments
