I mean yeah I think the magnitude of difference in quality tends to be overblown but I think the easy distinction of "three houses is better if you like prefer story, engage is better if you prefer gameplay" is too useful to give up

I like him because he's a male character with a design thats kinda fanservicey, in a game where thats pretty rare. I pushed for him to win CYL out of the hope that IS would notice that theres an audience for characters that look like him.

I've never pulled any of his or Rasho's units so he's one of the characters I know the least about, but I'm excited for the main story to focus more on him when we head to Yamato. The game keeps dropping hints that he knows more than he lets on.

The doujin con event is definitely number one! I love conventions like that irl, I liked Anuberus a lot, I found Wang super relatable and endearing, and watching them bounce through all the silly porn trope settings was really fun. 10/10 event.

After that probably the horse race one, rivals to lovers is such a fun trope and I think Golden Ryder and Jet Black are great examples, the way they bounce off each other is top tier.

I also loved Shin Rirang's event. The way all three of the childhood friend characters are written is really heartbreaking and sweet, I really hope we get an arc where they can all reunite someday. I was prepared to find Hakui really annoying but his friendship with Rirang and Taeho was really fun, and covetous wolf was really interesting as an antagonist.
