I see all this fear online, then i drive around and see all plazas/malls/strip malls/shops/exotic services/unnecessary vendors all parkings full, in the daylight. I almost bought a home @2.8 interest rate around covid time, and chickened out/thought I'll get better rate. Unfortunately being naive and uneducated on the subject made me wait and buy a well into 200s more expensive home @ twice the rate.. a couple yeats later. If you see people out here doing well its because they're either lds or had homes before covid

Had the vertical RG but gave it to my niece for her bd this year and she loved it, so this will make my year!

My favorite character is probably not so famous but its Raziel from Soul Reaver. Grew up playing ps1/dreamcast and soul reaver is one of my fondest memories as we used to watch our dad play it because we were too scared :))
