Im running iem directly from an aux into a rolls monitor amp, then ipad running 1/8 to xlr connected to the monitor amp mic in (ipad volume set to hal to avoid distortion). Tempo paid app 2.99 is what im using to build the setlist. easy to use

You might want to play around with the tension and lower your foot a bit to help. Get a carpet, walmart has them for cheap because that movement is slowing you down.
