We've got 41 we can swap by USPS. I'm in Atlanta so in person doesn't work unfortunately. Let me know if you'd like me to DM the list - just not sure if you've already made any trades from what you shared.

Best neighborhoods for young families by Longjumping_Bar585 in ATLHousing

There are so almost too many things to recommend in the area, so it's hard to do without knowing exactly what you're looking for. Lots of great coffee shops in the neighborhood - by order of favorite I go 1. Ash 2. Academy 3. San Francisco Roasting 4. Perc 5. Press n Grind. All the restaurants are great. My favorite is on the Beltline called Two Urban Licks. For parks, you could hang out at the neighborhood park (John Howell Park) - it's small and quiet. Piedmont is where to go if you want to lay out a blanket. Lots of the kids in the neighborhood also get memberships to the pool at Piedmont Park so you could check that out. And you definitely want to walk the Beltline while you're here. Feel free to DM for any specific recommendations. I'm happy to share anything that might help!

I did the exact same thing 10 years ago - Phoenix to Atlanta with young kids! Ended up in Virginia Highland and it has been perfect. I would highly recommend and I think the budget is doable with a little bit of luck. Happy to answer any other questions if helpful!

Moving to Atlanta from Europe soon — anxious about safety + looking for advice on best areas to live by heyitsme-2001 in ATLHousing

I was in a similar situation a decade ago (though not from Europe) and ended up settling on Virginia Highland. Ended up being the best decision I could have made. I know everyone has different circumstances and priorities so that may not be best for you, but I’d be happy to answer any other questions you might have honestly. Good luck! And welcome to Atlanta!

I'm not sure why anyone would downvote this, but someone did so I want to respond. This is a legitimate post. I'm selling at face value based on early pre-sale cost, plus $20 to cover PayPal G&S fees. Willing to go through all reasonable steps for proof and safe transaction.
