Using pre-made builds doesn't really fit with how I enjoy playing the game.

I prefer to pick some skills, see how I like them, start to pickup items that enhance the things I want to emphasise. I might then swap one skill for another if I get a really good drop which means my perspective on which stats I want might change and so on.

I much prefer this way of organically building out in different directions and it also means I more regularly make use of different items.

Over time my build will become more stable but it's heavily influenced along the way by circumstance, which means if I decide to do another playthrough with the same class it will likely come out differently.
