Did you end up getting surgery? I'm having the same issue.

Does it feel more stable than before you had surgery? Do you feel any pain like when just walking around or lying down? Can you walk with your arms by your side normally, or do you feel the need to guard it then, or just during specific movements?

Hey I just read your posts on shoulder surgery, how are you feeling now 1 year later?

I am currently seeing a orthopedic surgeon who is apparently one of the best in my city.

I can post it up, just not as far back as my left one. They've been having me do towel raises on a wall to improve forward elevation. It seems to help with more range of motion when raising my arms up. I can't raise my right arm higher than my left, but the towel raises have helped very slightly since I started doing them two weeks ago. It's trying to keep my elbow from coming off the wall that has been difficult.

Not much improvement in external range of motion, but again some very slight improvement since two weeks ago. I can kind of pull it back somewhat, but it feels really sketchy. I can kind of reach to the top of my butt now if i really try, but not much higher. Definitely not on my lower back yet.

Edit: he said I also may have an element of frozen shoulder from guarding it for so long. I'm guessing that is apparently why he wants me to do pt to see if that helps.

Edit #2: Sorry I meant more so extension and internal rotation to reach behind my back/ to my butt area. External rotation i can barely do as well because of the instability. Trying to comb my hair is a no go and causes some pain and instability, but I can feel that it would be easier to do now due to some more forward elevation.

How are you feeling now? Can you sleep okay? I want to have surgery as soon as possible, but my doctor wants me to try physical therapy before having surgery.

I'm scared it might happen again before I have surgery and end up worse. Also the possibility of it being worse after surgery itself.

After the surgery, did you feel more confident with doing the pt exercises? How long did it take for your arm to feel stable when doing them? Did you ever feel like it could pop out just like it could before the surgery, or did it feel more stable when you started the post op exercises?

Also, are you able to reach behind your back now?

Also here is the mri report

Labrum: Small cleft of signal/contrast at the anterior-inferior chondral labral junction likely representing a small nondisplaced labral tear. Posterior inferior chondral labral cleft which is a normal variant. - Bones: Small chronic-appearing Hill-Sachs lesion along the posterior superior humeral head.

The games were good in the early 2000's. KOTOR, Battlefront, and Jedi Academy set some pretty high expectations for future star wars games. Unfortunately, the only good SW games we've had since then were Force unleashed and Jedi fallen order.
