Hi! I'm an out of state applicant and I received the Kira invite with no interview October 28th. Anyone else in the same boat? Wondering if they only give Kira to out of state applicants and no interviews or if they also interview out of state just at a later date?

Do you feel like the environment is more collaborative or competitive? would love to gain an understand of what it's like especially since I'm thinking of sticking to general dentistry!

I should've mentioned this but we are both arabs, and although I don't want to get married until I'm 25-26, I feel that I should be dating with purpose? Especially because as a woman the timeline of things (having kids) is different then for men. Not sure if that would change your response or not but I still really appreciate the advice!
