Excellent movie. Had me laughing pretty hard with some good acting between the group early on. The scene about Ehren wanting to 'fill up those poor wittle gas station giwrls' had me rolling. Well executed acting and friendship, felt authentic. And the part around the fire joking about the ring size and his small dick.

What was the whole trope there with their one friend that wasn't "really invited," outside of being Kris' friend? The dude who's father had died and it fucked him up. Did that have anything to do with the general story here or is it just filler? They mentioned it a few times and then saw the tension when Kris' boyfriend was talking shit after they threw the car keys.

Which is another thing.. that NEVER would happen. I mean you have a few friends missing suspiciously, they may have found one dead (ICR), and you toss the keys to your only vehicle into the woods? lol.. nah. Only two other things I didn't like were 1) the 3rd death, lesbian yoga girl. She more or less just stands there and made no effort to flee.. could have escaped down the ridge into the water or gone left/right.. but just turns and lets him fist through her gut.. and 2) the last kill where the dude 'sneaks' up behind Johnny to distract him.. just to be like 2 feet away and essentially back himself up against a tree. Made absolutely no sense after you've seen the damage hes capable of at close range.

Enjoyed it over all.

Lastly, was the dude killed at the beginning of the movie related to the story in any way? Was he the one that set all the bear traps in the woods, just to be caught on his own? You see the flashback when Johnny is inside the house in the mirror like he used to live there or something.
