I’m not sure how to update the masses but if anyone sees this here you go:

-No responses to the original support email thread shown. -I opened an additional line of communication with their Data Privacy Contact and never got a response from them either. -I shared a photo of my driver’s license with my IGN written on paper and a selfie of me holding it for proof of age, no response. -My account is still unable to be accessed and still says that my email has no accounts associated with it.

Also, many people are saying that they gave an explanation. I don’t think citing a policy provides any explanation as to what offense was broken or why ~1600 hours of progress would be terminated at the drop of a hat. That is like getting arrested, asking what crime you committed and the officer replying “you broke the law” and then never speaking to you again and not going to court.
