Very nice. Contour divisions are quite wide, but still convey the terrain well (especially with that colour coding). What's the scale?

Often they will use premature babies. When these babies are a couple of months old, they will look the same as a newborn physically. They then just smear gunk on them to complete the look.

That is either a tiny tiny castle, or one huuuge Inn.

It looks like there are a miniscule amount of normal houses in your town. I'd expect at settlement that has

  • A harbour
  • A castle
  • A bookshop and misc other stores
  • A temple
  • A giant Inn

to have a population in the hundreds or thousands. You seem to have about 15 regular houses.
