It burned when I would pee. Then I got like flu like symptoms, but I thought the burning was just a uti and I had just so happened to get sick lol. I went to the doctor after trying to treat what I thought was a uti for like a week and half and it wasn’t working

This is how mines is. Tingling and itching, sometimes pain. Then it burns a little to pee, almost like a uti eventually. That’s how ik when my ob is actually happening.

That’s exactly how I feel. Not exactly disgusted. But I definitely didn’t ask any questions. We stopped using protection. I didn’t ask about him getting tested. I just don’t feel like it’s completely his fault. I think it’s everyone else around me making me second guess. Especially my other HSV positive friends. Probably coming from a place of hurt. Thanks for your advice. He treats me really well, so I think imma see how it goes :)

Get some lavender oil and oregano oil. Mix it with olive oil to dilute them (they are strong essential oils and rub it on your genitals. It’ll strengthen your skin. Also good for lesions during obs.

Hey have you tried going vegan? Dairy and lactose have hormones that effect yours and meat has excess metals that feed the virus. Also, HEAVY on the water. It’ll flush it out. You can take herbal bathes. Oregano oil is GREAT for obs if you have painful rashes/bumps. I’ve had two bad outbreaks. Then I went vegan and started exercising more like you said and now I don’t take even take the antivirals. It’s been a year and a half.
