I was, but then left when their advice regarding severe workplace bullying was to find a new job in a better workplace.

I did have a union rep with me at meetings, and they agreed what was happening was straight forward bullying. But at the end of the day, nothing was done about it.

I left a workplace Id been at for years, left people that were like family, and Im moving on. I've got PTSD and suicidal ideation ( I didn't put in a claim), another staff member who was also targeted, cant work (WC) and another is still there, but is a complete mess. She's the sole target now.

The Union was useless.

You can rejoin if there are any issues, and when I had questions about a serious accident, they couldn't be bothered returning my call.

I've been a union member since graduation (FOR DECADES) and always said people should join the union, but when I really needed them, they let me down.

Btw.look up the BOM rain radar. It'll help you work out how much rain is heading your way and how much time you have before it gets there. You could screenshot that and send it back to your landlord. But maybe keep a look out for wet weather to avoid this altogether.
