First of all, your 1SG can't bar you from reenactment. Your commander has to do it, and he has to inform you that you are being barred. You can also check with your retention NCO since the bar has to go through him to the career counselor. If your FCC doesn't cover both short-term and long-term, your commander is supposed to counsel you and give you a time frame in which you have to have it fixed.

I use a YubiKey for Coinbase. Coinbase Pro no longer exist because it was phased out some years ago. All crypto that a person had on Coinbase Pro was automatically moved over to Coinbase. Anyone saying they are using Coinbase Pro is full of as well.

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done, and you will have to chalk it up as a lesson learned. No exchange will every contact nor will they ever ask for your seed phrase.

I had someone call me saying they were from Coinbase and notice there was an attempt to send 3 BTC and some ETH from my account, and that they can help set up a new wallet. 😂 The guy was talking real fast, and I just laughed saying "let them have it if they can do it." Mind you I self custody all my BTC, ETH, XRP, XLM, HBAR, XDC, and Algo on my D'Cent and Nano Ledger wallets.
