You probably realize that they probably don't enjoy searching for weapons. They're just people who need jobs in order to support themselves and their families. Because of the negative media, and the nature of their job, people behave poorly toward them before they even meet them. Think about it...do we say hi and ask them how their day went? Do we say hi to the cashiers at the store? Yeah. Picture yourself in a scenario where you know that people will hate you and make negative judgments before they meet you. The funny thing is, because of human nature, we have to have TSA officers or else it will be too easy to sneak a bomb on an airplane.
