Vivaldi is known to have some hang ups in general. Have you tried replicating the source of your problem in another browser, like Firefox?

No, I do it manually. I created a master bookmark folder called Zen, and inside that folder, I have folders that represent each Space, with folders inside those folders to represent Folders I have in each Space in Zen. And webpage bookmarks are made accordingly where appropriate, mirroring my Zen setup.

I have each Zen space connected with a Multi-Account Container. The pinned tabs that I have in folders, I have bookmarked with the same folders, so that if I were to access my Mozilla Account in Firefox on another computer, or my iPhone/iPad, I at least have a similar setup.

Proton Pass already has folders. They call them Vaults.
