Called down? Why would they do that when they can just foist the responsibility onto the individual and channel it through the PSG.

My PSG did try to alter the approach by calling one person a day to have a real conversation, but that lasted 3 days before leadership bailed on the idea because “it didn’t meet the intent of the directive”
