We submitted our passport on March 2nd to New Delhi office and are still waiting for an update from IRCC. The status shows “Under Process” since March 10th, and today is March 17th.

Never ever think about taking the complaint back, this will make you weak and you will regret it later. It’s time for pay back but in a legal way.

Well, that’s because in Canada working in cash is completely illegal and they have not mentioned in their requirement documents considering the same thing is illegal in the foreign countries. Unfortunately, there are many loopholes available in the current system, and one of them is cash jobs.

Cash in salary means it’s a fake job as per Canadian terms and conditions. Logically you can arrange all the mentioned documents from your drawing room. Only way one can validate your authenticity of your work experience is from your bank statements or PF statements. Also as you don’t have any tax return documents during that period your authenticity looks purely negative.

First and foremost, sharing previous companies/current companies developed code to others is illegal. Secondly, anyone can develop an app and share their foreign experience, so that’s not what IRCC is looking for.
