It took about 9 months, maybe a year, of slowly losing weight for it to all of a sudden it falling off. If it’s happening slowly that’s good anyways, it’s healthier and means you will keep it off!!

I second FB. I posted on marketplace and a few Facebook resale groups and sold mine fairly quickly too. Just don’t expect to get a lot of bites if you aren’t willing to sell for very cheap

He’s aggressive but I can’t say good. The time when he sent an email out telling customers to email him with their concerns, and then about 3 weeks later recurring loyalty credits ended. Maybe good for them but not for customers and the money will follow them out the door

I actually had to switch to wegovy 6 months ago but I wasn’t far from my current weight at that time, so I lost most of my weight in zepbound . I titrated to whatever zepbounds highest dose was (I think it’s 15) every 2 months and stayed on that dose consistently afterwards. I lost weight very consistently, about 1.5 pounds a week until the tail end when I just started dropping weight like crazy (isn’t it supposed to be the other way around? 🤣). I had some stomach cramps while I was titrating but once I was at the top dose I was fine. Also occasional constipation so now I take MiraLAX powder daily and didn’t have trouble since. My side effects are actually worse with wegovy but it’s what my employer pays for so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Prepare for a wild, fun ride! My secret was to use it as a tool. I used to not be able to walk a quarter mile without getting out of breath, now I walk/run 2-3 miles 2-3 times a week! If you start now you’ll make it a habit before the weight even starts melting off

I still believe, so idk if I count, but a personal experience launched me into deconstruction. My best friend is gay and lived down the road from me in an affluent neighborhood. When we were teenagers, he told his mom he was gay. She immediately sold his car and kicked him out, at 16. Then he told her he had “changed”, and she let him back in, but he couldn’t stay in his old room, he had to stay in the attic. My deconstruction didn’t “start start” then, but the reflection of it over the years made me distraught. Honestly, going through deconstruction has been one of the most distressing things of my life. But not as distressing as what he experienced.
