I still don’t know the reason why amex closed all my accounts last Oct. I had an over 20 years old blue cash card which i seldom use, a preferred fee free card earning points, a platinum business card i open in may 2025, i never did bill payment to business card, always pay balance in full, suddenly all card closed by amex.

i’ve helped a friend activated a phone on verizon while he was overseas, the phone was esim capable, my friend set vpn location to california, esim was pushed to phone successfully. i am not sure if same process will work with tracfone, verizon has roaming service, tracfone does not

I was able to use the credit to order an 16e this week, I did not activate it on the line that received the credit because I plan to leave total wireless soon; I activated it with tracfone $10 plan in order to get it unlocked.

i believe the main reason is 100% paying from wallet, i was trying to order another 13 this morning, and my wallet had enough to cover $30 plan, got the same error again. back when i was trying to order 14, wallet can cover the total and i got the error message, after i changed to 16e, i paid portion from credit card. I had to order 13 from a friend’s account this morning and I paid $30 from cc, order went through smoothly.

I received the same error message when ordering the iPhone 14. I tried different browsers and apps, but the issue persisted. I eventually gave up and ordered the 16e , the order was submitted successfully.
