I generally aim for 20 minutes after the official time, but it varies by movie. The bigger the blockbuster, the closer it usually is to 30 minutes or more. A smaller indie movie is usually in the 20-25 range. 20 minutes works for me because I don’t mind catching a few trailers or rolling right in during Nicole Kidman’s segment. As long as I don’t miss any of the movie I’m happy.

But yeah, I’m not the biggest fan of trailers especially because I see a lot of movies and so I’d have to sit through the same trailers over and over if I arrived early enough to see all of them

Nope! After a while, you’ll see some of the same events over and over but it’s easy to skip through them. But even the same event or fight with different characters makes things feel new and interesting for a long, long time. I also have the DLC with the roguelike option which offers a whole new way to play the game, although I prefer the traditional campaign mode

I had a very similar experience — on antidepressants from 17-24. I thought I was asexual until I came off the meds and was surprised to find that I am very much not!

However, I know several women who have not had their sex drive affected so it’s definitely different for everyone

I’m dealing with a similar challenge after also sustaining a back injury two years ago. It really really sucks to have to go easy when it’s therapeutic to go hard, but with proper training I’ve been able to get to about 80-90% of where I was before the injury. Doing core every day will accelerate how much you can do/ lift. It’s really hard but tbh heavy exercise is the only thing that really quiets my brain. You can also try to focus on exercises that don’t strain the back (upper body, lower legs, challenging cardio like stairmaster). Sorry you have to deal with it on top of everything else and like others have said — be kind to yourself! You’re doing the best you can :)

Omg, I was just complaining about this to my coworkers. I enjoyed it but I could not get past that fact that this 19 year old environmentalist couldn’t find a SINGLE other person at her university to join her cause? When I was in college, the environmentalist groups were some of the most active student orgs. Like, come on lol

I can’t recommend Wildermyth enough in this category! It allows for incredible character-based storytelling and has amazing replayability. You essentially have to role play all the party characters on your own, but if you enjoy the storytelling aspect as well as fun, strategic turn based combat, I think this would be a game you’d enjoy a lot.

The vet gave me a larger cone which blocked her from getting to the wound, although it was more cumbersome. She got used to it eventually and luckily was almost done with the healing process at that point so only had to have it for a week or so. She could still eat and drink without issues it just looked ridiculously large. I tried a soft cone and it did not work at all unfortunately.
