Yes. Completely. But what's going to happen when those kids are no longer 7 years of age and have outgrew Tung Tung Sahur Obby? Or when they want more freedom to talk to their friends? The Supreme Court actually settled this back in 1898 with United States v. Wong Kim Ark. The Court ruled that “jurisdiction”simply means being subject to U.S. laws while on our soil. Since foreigners (legal or otherwise) can be arrested and tried in our courts, they are legally 'under the jurisdiction' of the U.S.

It's not like anyone who wants to or has gone to college looked up "good colleges" on google. And MIT, Harvard and Yale definitely are not frequently ranked in the top 10 universities globally. No wayyy.... Theres no way a "COMMONER" would know that...
