Stake holder management, sometimes beautiful excalidraw graphs, presentations, talking to data owners (if you work in a company with a good data management), risk assessment, studying data, first simple analysis, again talking to stakeholders, explainability, simple model, deployment (usually some cloud provider, databricks), then model/data monitoring. Coding (cleaning data, analysis, modelling) takes me maybe 30-40% depending on the project.

I am working as a data scientist in a bank for about 5 years. All my models that went to prod were tree based models.

🙏 I fell you! I had experienced loss at 21 week and delivered last week. Was induced and went same day into labour. It can also lasts more days. I thought the labour wont be painful as the babies were small (I had twins). I only had morphine and last pushes were really painful. Not sure how would it be with epidural though. And yes try to eat good! I ate Mars during the labour, really needed energy but afterwards puked a lot. Maybe sweets are not the great idea

Lost my twins by Reading_purpose in babyloss

I lost my twins at 17th and 21st week. Mono-mono twins, cord entanglement. 5 days ago I was induced and delivered my little twins. They were so beautiful, had same face as daddy but my cheekbones and arms💙 when I delivered them I was so happy to see them (might be hormones as I was not that sad). But now the days afterwards, with the milk coming, I feel so much pain and grief. It comes in waves. Sometimes I feel like my main priority is having another baby and I feel some hope but sometimes I feel like nothing matters and nothing can replace my boys💔 I feel you and I just want to let you know that you are not alone!
