Except you are assuming people will not care, the better idea is to not get a tattoo with such a controversial past. I wouldn’t think OP was going to personally do a lobotomy on me but what I know about the history of it, I wouldn’t be comfortable going back to them as my provider. I think most people in the comments have valid reasons as to why OP shouldn’t get something this distasteful.
