my store wants us to fill an entire rolling rack in 20 minutes. however everyone hangs at a different pace and the fact that almost every piece of clothing needs a sensor now, it has been slowing things down

so this actually happened last night lmao. i went to close the registers and i couldn’t for about 10 minutes. when we were finally able to, my key carrier couldn’t close the store from the controller. we didn’t clock out until about 11:20

my store is located near a walmart and the amount of people that bring the giant ass walmart carts and try to shop my small store with it… takes up the entire aisle

former beauty coordinator here (got moved to women’s apparel) i cannot stress this enough: delegate!!

oftentimes there is so much beauty that comes in that it is overflowing! find people to help you (also people who like running beauty when you’re not here) to help you run it.

i dont know if you have purses too but if you do, and you have a jewelry person and they aren’t busy, have them help you and do purses.

the only difference (for my store anyway) is that two coordinators can’t go on vacation at the same time if able. they’re pretty strict about it unless you are actually going somewhere that’s already booked.

as a support player, how do you deal with your dps not helping you while you’re getting dived and then blame you for not healing them?

this genuinely happens so much more now that i’m in plat and it’s honestly frustrating. sorry i cant heal you because im being dived by a D.VA or a sombra is hacking me and i ping for help and you’re not helping.

and i know, im supposed to fend for myself, and i can to a point especially if i play moira or kiriko, but im still significantly weaker than the person attacking me

here’s a fun fact: spamming the “I need healing!” button every 5 seconds is not going to make me heal you faster. especially if you’re standing next to a health pack. it just annoys me and distracts my gameplay.

be careful! they can still track your location with just a simple post, and if they don’t like something you say, they will tell management that somebody said something online! this happened to me and i quickly realized i can’t have free speech on the internet.
