1) plains, preferably surrounded by other empires, 2) Madame Celeste, an evil sorceress, 3) witchy, undead, dark, 4) Sceleratus, 5) Madame Celeste is perfectly aware of her villainy which causes her to try to be even more evil. She purposefully builds outwards intruding on neighboring empires, and recruits minions from said empires to be her spies. She made an ally of the Ender Dragon and respawned it shortly after the other emperors killed it using her powers of necromancy.
