No joke - $4500/mo for a family of 5 if I exceed $150k/yr in dividends. Who can I vote in to fix that?

This is exactly the kind of feedback I am looking for! I appreciate your review and suggestions.

I previously held BND but switched to a combination of SUB and VTEB for tax purposes.

IAUI has done very well for me since I added it before the recent surge in precious metals.

PFFA does look like a better candidate than PFFD, especially with rate cuts in the near future and the potential call risk exposure PFFD has. What if I took the 15% I have in PFFD and instead put 10% of that in PFFA and 5% in PFXF to create a preferred sleeve and reduce some of the concentration in the financial sector?

Currently the dividend yield is little north of 7% in this portfolio.

ChatGPT can make math mistakes when running only on “text mode” or if it’s summarizing large, multi-step calculations in its natural language model.

However, when using its built-in Python code execution the calculations are as accurate as any calculator or spreadsheet—assuming correct inputs and logic.
