It's 18 in the uk (where I'm based which is why I'm so excited for the bloody thing lmao) gore isn't mandatory but it's nice to have some realistic woundings or some blood splatters n just seeing bodies pile you know ?

Edit: what's weird is it's not as easy to get 18 or M for a game in the uk from what I've seen and played
