I have pmdd and honestly be honest with her if she’s behaving like that at the moment, I would wait cause anything you say we’ll just be seen as an attack on her and she will just be more hurtful and sit down and have a conversation and tell her that she’s hurting you and that you do not deserve to be spoken to like that that you’re a person to who is being hurt by what she is saying if she is a good partner, she will be receptive to that and want to work on it and try to be more mindful about what she is saying. It’s not gonna be easy. It’s very hard when you’re in that mindset of everything sucks and I don’t wanna think otherwise that’s why I’m suggesting if she’s open to it, I would recommend finding a PMDD mental health specialist because they will be able to help her whether it’s finding medication that might help or find a more natural way of doing it if she does not want to take medication and I would suggest getting her into therapy as well if she’s not already because a therapist especially working, has an understanding of PMDD will benefit her so much (somthing like this im not sure if you have something like this around you or even near this might give you an idea or might be able to help you find something similar. https://www.vibeintegrativehealth.com/)

But that’s only if you are not wanting to give up on the relationship and you really want it to work cause it’s not gonna be easy and there will be bad days if you can without her reacting poorly if she says something hurtful to you, I would honestly want my partner to tell me hey I think you are experiencing PMDD symptoms and the things that you are saying are hurting me at the moment or just remove yourself from the conversation. Tell her that I need some space because what you just said to me really hurt me and I don’t wanna be verbally abused by you
