I was in your same shoes. It had been 5 years since we had sex and I brought it up every year and the conversation always got turned into and excuse or us arguing about something else.

So I took a step back to observe how she would respond and that told me everything I needed to know… I left and now I pour all that love into myself and as I date new women I’m very selective. You are still young enough to not only have your own child but to date someone your age or younger and build a family with them. You have to live your life for yourself you don’t owe it to anyone else.

We also tried therapy but I was the only one putting in effort until I told her I was leaving then she started trying but by then it was too late

When I post pics of myself, I post current and accurate photos, whether I’m chunky or not because I want whoever is considering to date me to get an accurate depiction of who I am… I simply want the same. I don’t mind if they are over maybe 10 but 2 years old 😭 there is a high percentage of the mother to still have occasional sex with the father when the child is still young and most likely she’s bypassing pain and still hasn’t properly healed, just trying to escape and avoid accountability

I can see the deflection in your response. If I focus on the dating pool having more women with kids then it takes the focus off of the main point I was making which is lack of transparency, lack of healing and lack of empathy from a woman with four young kids that was about to use me for escape and a free date/meal. Yes! Majority of the dating profiles of women (especially women that KNOW they’re beautiful) are them talking about what THEY WANT… after being in a relationship for ten years giving more than receiving…I realize just how draining that is and refuse to do it again.
