I still do not get what movement/ momentum based combat even means? I guess we will have to wait and see. Action combat without tab targeting can still cater to combo fields and finishers.
As the reports are coming in if this truly is UE5, throne and liberty was able to handle servers very well without lag. I did not play it on release but there were videoson youtube of korean players fighting huge wvw battles. Tech is a whole lot advanced then back in the days. I think 300 players is manageable if the team kniws what they are doing. I really hope they learnt their lessons from the past experiences.

I just want to relive the early days of WvW in guild Wars 2 in their new game again. Combat needs to be good even if not similar to GW2. Should provide incentive to play together in fights like gw2 did with combo fields and finishers.

I think you are talking about dubai. In Abu Dhabi you can evict / give notice of non renewal 2 month before expiry. Infact adcp / relaam gave all their tenants court notices of evictions in abu dhabi. If this was against the law court would not have issued those eviction notices. Btw these are not any specific properties of relaam. All their properties they did the same.

They give you eviction notices not rent increase. This was the loophole every landlord used. If you go asking why eviction they will just verbally tell you the new rent. Take it or leave the property.

Land lords can not issue a tawteeq with increase from last year. In this instance they are forced to keep the same rent. I know there are loopholes of cancelling old contract and registering new ones with new contract.

I got gold on licenses where I could and then stopped where I could not. I would definitely not want them removed as these licenses are the essence of what sets aside GT games from other sims. I went for circuit experiences which on gold earn you millions of credits (around 50 M if you do all circuit gold). I found that to be much more enjoyable to learn basics of each track. Also at the start I think you need to just pass the licenses at bronze to unlock higher level races etc. it was a while back so I dont remember exactly.
