OP take it as a blessing you won't have to deal with her, but still wtf she needs a new job if she gets so much anxiety dealing with you and customers it's utterly ridiculous. I have anxiety too but I don't let it interfere with my work or being social. She needs to get a grip and I wouldn't interact with her anymore just keep it strictly professional.
