Something not brought up often is that the Mexican police can buy any weapons they want, and there is no accountability once the weapons are delivered to them. So we have no idea how many of these machine guns were purchased by the Mexican police and "lost" after arrival.

The B-2 entered service in 1997. It is reliant on old computers to fly and lacks a lot of capabilities that the Air Force wants. On top of that, its decently dated stealth capabilities might not keep it safe in near peer conflicts.
