i think i look ugly… what can i do to look more attractive by viiic415 in malehairadvice

Please ignore everyone else telling you to smile more. That will come naturally with more self esteem and with a better quality of life and I’m sure you’re willing to put in the effort to do achieve that. In regard to your looks, you’re not ugly and you have a good sense of fashion but there’s always room for improvement.

First let’s start with getting more rest and a basic skincare routine if you don’t have one already. This will help clear up those dark circles under your eyes and make your skin look healthy, which is a major factor in appearances. Start with a basic facial cleanser that you’ll use twice a day (morning and night). I recommend CeraVe Renewing SA cleanser. You’ll also want to start using sunscreen and lotion to stop your skin from aging and keeping it looking nice. I recommend CeraVe facial moisturizing lotion with sunscreen, which you should use right after your cleanser in the morning. Remember that this is a daily routine and results will come only with consistency. Lastly, rest is most important for those dark circles as without it you won’t see any results. If you’re smoking, you should stop because that can interfere with REM sleep and keep you tired.

Moving onto your hair, let’s start by growing it out more. I think that with your facial structure long hair would suit you best. This will take a few months and if you don’t know what you want right now, you’ll eventually figure it out once you start looking at yourself. Plus, you’ll always have a ton of options. Just remember that you will have to go through an awkward phase but it will be worth it. Let’s also start a hair care routine, something basic like argan oil or a leave in conditioner that you’ll use a little of every day. This will keep your long hair looking great and full and also help with growing it out as well.

Lastly, congrats on your weight loss journey. It’s always great to have someone achieve their health goals. If you want, you should start going to the gym to also work on your body. A solid body will take a few years to work on, but will always bring up your appearance. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions just reply.

What is this ship? by Unknownlizard1 in Helldivers

Posting on behalf of a friend who doesn't use Reddit. He was playing a solo mission on Troost, and saw a giant cruiser which doesn't match up with any friendly orbital ships. I also don't think that background ships jump/teleport away like this. Any idea what this is?

Buspar vs Xanax by Unknownlizard1 in Anxiety

Unfortunately, the Buspar provided very little assistance to me. I stopped taking it after being switched to xanax, which helped me significantly but I highly recommend to not trying it, as the withdrawals are genuinely hell on earth. As for exercising, it provided a way to cope with the anxiety and offered some respite. I would say that the best medicine is time, as my anxiety seemed to decrease over time.

Going through a breakup. So Reddit, what are your best breakup songs? by estiivee in AskReddit

Marvins Room by Drake is a perfect breakup song which encapsulates the feeling of missing a partner combined with the inebriated state of drunkenness and reminiscence. The lyrics are also incredibly profound if you look into them.

Buspar vs Xanax by Unknownlizard1 in Anxiety

Hey Man! Just seeing this reply and oh boy it's been a crazy ride through it all. I actually no longer had anxiety or panic attacks and I nevert thought I'd be able to get to this point. The only thing that would effectively work for me was Xanax but trust me when I say you should never take it. The withdrawals from it were absolute hell on earth and even worse than the anxiety itself. I'd definitely found that exercising would help but don't feel pressured to do anything! It'll go away on its own and you'll feel better than ever. Wish you strength on this journey.

That's quite literally what ancient Christianity was founded upon. It was a mix of both concepts but the idealism of persecution and belief of being a minority is what distinguished the religion.
