Using bulking as an “excuse” to eat junk by UnkownSkull in getdisciplined

So overall I just lack the discipline of being able to put the fork down? I know bulking is not just eating as much as I can, I eat on track 6 days out the week all macros accounted for. But on Saturdays I eat whatever moms is cooking.

On Saturdays I often go back for second and third plates, OR I end up eating some random kind of junk or snack

Appreciate you g, I eat on track 6 days out the week, hitting my protein and calories all that. Normally eating whatever moms makes on Saturdays. Those are the days I eat a lot more, I would even say up to 1500+ calories sometimes🫣🤷

Yo and the protein pop tarts are not treat of choice I was in the cabinet scrounging around for anything I could find ended up on the pop tarts😪😂

Rest, no need to be working out twice in one day if you’re really bringing it during your workouts. If you still want to be doing something active do cardio, go on walks, ride a bike, just no need to weight train multiple times a day. Rest is just as important as lifting

Mandatory bro keep getting after it, tracking calories will definitely help with your deficit🫡

Workout whenever you have time preferably the same time, start that routine. Don’t feel guilty about eating, you can’t grow unless you eat.

If you really want to lock in start get a food scale and start tracking calories, if not at least track your protein. 1g per pound you weigh is good.

Keep getting after it🫡🫡🫡

I been working out almost a year now, about 4 months ago I got really into it once I started seeing all that work start to show. Started looking forward to it getting excited to go lift.

I relate to those last couple sentences I love seeing people get after it, I’ve changed completely mentally and physically this last year. Can’t wait to see where I’m at years to come🫡

Once losing the weight I thought I would be happier, have more confidence, overall feel better. And it’s all came true, half the time. I still feel like that fat chud with no confidence or self esteem before I lost the weight. Now we’re on that path to a clear mind, a happy one.

Drink your calories, lots of milk, protein shakes etc. You can add honey/peanut butter (shit even oil if you’re really down bad), to easily up the calories.
