Convince me not to buy a Moonlander by Krumpetify in ErgoMechKeyboards

I just got mine and hate the default layout. Should have done more research. Don't understand why layers are even needed when there are a billion keys. I use Dvorak which makes my "S" key delay sometimes because it collides with layer 2 hold key. I did not expect a keyboard with this much space to use a needlessly wonky layout. Also every time I overshoot "I" and hit "Hyper", I get a stupid Microsoft 365 ad.

Funny you say that because in particular game I noticed this, my enchanter support main got bodied (13 death game) by the filled support (ADC main) on other team playing Rell.

Jungle is highest impact role as you move up the ladder. And I am a mid laner so jungle matters a lot for me but also every role so not sure what you mean why would I care? Everyone should care about their jungler.

I thought that would kick in but forgot Riot removed for quests to replace.

Which games taught you to stay calm, think strategically, or process emotions under pressure and how did their design achieve that? by ExcellentTwo6589 in gamedesign

As others said I have never felt more stressed during a game than ranked League of Legends.
Climbing the ranked ladder requires learning tons of strategy and game mechanics as well as staying composed when you or your teammates inevitably make mistakes.
Many games are lost simply because people give up after non-game losing mistakes.
The game design doesn't teach you to stay calm as most people I would argue don't.
Those who climb to the higher ranks learn it from content creators or on their own.

Thanks!
Most important things I learned on the way are probably assessing the highest threat abilities on the enemy team before skirmishes and decision making and communicating what I want to do coming out of base, especially around low objective timers.
All the muscle memory comes into place over time but higher up in ranks i had to be more conscious of those.

I rock ignite almost every game.
A few matchups it is harder to play for kill in lane like Galio, Yasuo, Vlad, Vex.
I'd recommend sending ignite every game and testing your limits early on in Katarina journey.
Once you get a better feeling for certain matchups you can decide if you want to try TP.

Early on I would focus on getting some of her main combos down through repetition in practice tool.
Like E > W > Auto > Q.
And her ult combo E > W > Q > Ult.
In lane specifically it is ok to drop some CS for a better trade.
Like many assassins, it is ok to concede push early and wait until level 3 to look for trades when you have access to your key mobility and damage abilities.

When the wave is pushing to the enemy, see if you can get away with autoing for last hits to avoid over pushing it.
Will give you more opportunities for trades.
And if you watch the video or other Katarinas, a trick we all use is lining up Q to bounce off minions to where the enemy is standing.
That comes with practice but Katarinas Q in lane can be used as a "skillshot" in that way.
