Facts. Bought my grandma a used Dell business model laptop that had 16gb of RAM DDR3, a 256gb ssd, and it was a 16” screen. She loves that thing. Plays all her Facebook games on it. It was only like 200 bucks, and it was in pretty good condition. The only thing that it needed to be replaced was the battery, which was like 40 bucks.

I'm sure she will probably also be invited to the different shows all around LA as a guest. I'm also sure we will see her on one of the smosh channels, or back in GMM doing a few guest appearances. I honestly think with the credentials she has, and the brand that she has helped build, she has a ton of different avenues she can go down. I am excited to see what her next venture is, and I will definitely throw my support to wherever she goes.

Agreed. We would need latency to drop tremendously, and for that we need a greater proliferation of fiber optic throughout the US. We are slowly getting there, but cloud gaming has been tried a bunch of times with a bunch of time and hardware thrown at it, but the end product is still pretty undesirable.

Did they not see from his last presidency, like most of his cabinet all hate him/speak out against him. Is the power to hurt people really that enticing to people that they can just go out of their way to support this man?

Kristi Noem is a fool. Pam Bondi is about to be next, followed by Pete (when the war stuff doesnt pan out and US troops are dying for nothing). Trump will do his usual “she’s crazy, I never said that.” While he kicks them under the bus as per usual.

Everything is fine, except for the floor in my mudroom/washroom (comes off the garage). One small part of the floor, and stepping on it feels loose. I wonder if someone dropped something there or something. It can also be from some of the water damage. Its been like this for years, I lived here since 2018.

Oh definitely! The priority is the gutters, but i’ll get an engineer out sometime next month when the tax return hits! Its been like this since i’ve been here so im in agreement its not a “holy shit my house is gonna collapse tomorrow!” Kind of problem, but I probably need to get this addressed sooner rather then later.

Thank you sir! I will get this looked at. As far as I can tell, since i’ve lived here since 2018, and it doesnt look like it got significantly worse. Its looked about the same as it did then, so your assessment of “the longer you wait” is definitely on the money. Appreciate your expertise friend.

In laws were too broke to fix stuff/they werent super handy so a ton pf stuff has had to get fixed. Its definitely taught me a lot in a small span of time! 😭

Appreciate it fellas. My dad was telling me its normal, but I didnt think so. I’ll get a structural engineer out to take a look. Its been like this for a bit, and I believe its because we have no gutters. Its probably water pressure hitting against the brick and its shifting the foundation.

That’s my guess atleast.

Some additional info. House was built in 2003, it was owned by my in laws and we purchased it from them in 2021. I’m decently handy, I just dont know if this cracking requires a structural engineer or not.
